1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of hi55.club, including registered players, guest visitors, and any other person who accesses the platform in any capacity. hi55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hi55 will publish a revised version on this page and update the effective date accordingly. Your continued use of the hi55 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Platform Access
hi55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform software; (c) frame or mirror any part of hi55.club on any other website without prior written consent; or (d) use any automated data collection tool, scraper, bot, or spider on any part of the platform.
1.2 Amendments
hi55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on hi55.club. For significant changes affecting player funds, bonus entitlements, or withdrawal conditions, hi55 will provide at least seven (7) days advance notice via an on-platform notification. Players who disagree with any amendment may close their account in accordance with the Account Closure provisions in Section 7.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the hi55 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions
hi55 does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. If you register from a jurisdiction and it is subsequently determined that your use of hi55 was unlawful under local law, hi55 reserves the right to close your account and return your deposit balance, less any bonuses and winnings generated during that period.
3 Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and the cashier on hi55, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on hi55. 4.1 Deposit Rules

4.3 Fees
hi55 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may charge transaction fees in accordance with their own fee schedule. hi55 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by hi55 are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements"). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as real money. 5.2 Eligible Games

5.3 Bonus Expiry
All hi55 bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account. Standard bonus expiry is 7 calendar days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
hi55 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; using a bonus to place low-risk hedged bets that mechanically fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; coordinating with other players to collectively extract bonus value; and using software to automate bet placement. Where bonus abuse is detected, hi55 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account involved.
5.5 Opting Out of Bonuses
Players who prefer not to receive bonuses may opt out of all promotional offers by contacting the hi55 support team via live chat. Once opted out, no further bonuses will be automatically credited to your account. Players who are opted out of bonuses may still claim specific promotions manually by contacting support, subject to the promotion's individual terms.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hi55 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human interaction with the platform
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
- Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith
- Placing bets on both sides of the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee profit (matched betting abuse)
- Any form of cheating, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity conducted through or connected to the hi55 platform
- Attempting to access restricted areas of hi55.club without authorisation
7 Account Suspension & Closure
hi55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
- The account holder is under 18 years of age
- The account holder has registered from a prohibited jurisdiction
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the hi55 platform
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your hi55 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, hi55 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on hi55. hi55 will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period — you cannot shorten a self-exclusion once it has been activated.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hi55 will notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity policy. After 12 months of inactivity, hi55 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the account's real-money balance. The fee schedule is published in the hi55 cashier section. Once the real-money balance reaches zero, the account may be archived. Archived accounts can be reactivated by contacting support.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi55, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hi55 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities due to platform downtime, technical errors, or scheduled maintenance
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
- Loss of data, account information, or preferences due to technical incidents
- Decisions made by game outcome algorithms that are within certified RNG parameters
- Actions taken by hi55 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture following investigation
hi55's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Platform Availability
hi55 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% or above. However, hi55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components at all times.
